Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@risalondon.com quoting your order number for return instructions.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the pouch and box provided.
- Worn, used, or damaged items cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm via email.
- Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
- We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
- For items over £50, consider shipping insurance. We cannot refund or replace items lost in transit.
International Returns
- Mark the parcel as “returning to seller – no retail value” to avoid customs charges.
- We cannot accept customs fees on returns or refund international duties/taxes.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty
- All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemicals, perfumes, heat, or general wear and tear.
- Missing crystals are not considered a manufacturing fault; however, within the warranty period, replacements can be arranged (shipping costs apply).
Lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.

Risa London ships worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

- Delivered via Royal Mail First Class.
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days.
Europe
- Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days.
International
- Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
- Estimated delivery: 10–15 working days.
Customs & Import Fees
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delivery delays. If fees remain unpaid and your order is returned to us, you will be liable for any additional charges incurred.

All Risa London pieces are crafted to the highest standards. To keep them looking their best:
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place in the pouch or box provided to prevent scratches and tangling.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or acidic liquids, as these can cause fading.
- Although water-resistant, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming or exposure to extreme temperatures.
Please note: natural fading may occur over time and is not considered a fault. Proper care will help preserve your piece’s shine and longevity.
